Yeah I feel you about questioning the obsession. I went from 0 to 7in (and one out) in 9 months. I don’t choose my obsessions they choose me. I could have an extension on the house for that. I live in a village of 30 houses near a town of 10k ppl. Finding more than a fleeting interest from anyone but kids is difficut. Then I look at what they obsess over... and it turns out to be having stripes on their lawn or some mundane.
